Unable To Download Purchased Game

Hello,

I recently redeemed a coupon for a game. I received confirmation of my 'purchase', however I was not able to download the game and it does not show up in my 'Purchased' items.

My ticket number is Incident: 091122-000000

My order number is 4013-1000215398

I am not confident in purchasing any games until we get this resolved.

I got the same problem, turned in a ticket last Saturday, and haven't heard anything form them.
