Help With Purchace

I got Risen with the coupon code I got for the Halloween contest, I got an E-mail saying I purchased it with the key, but when I go to download it with the link, It just keeps taking me back to the checkout page, also when I log into my account, it doesn't shop up there either.

I'm having the same issue with another game. I used my code for a free game, received an email saying I had purchased - however it never takes me to the download page - the URL gets swapped with the purchase URL.

I put a ticket in and hope to hear back from support soon

I summitted a ticket as well. been two days nothing.
