Hello!
I just purchased Unreal Tournament III: Black Edition put in a coupon code (for the free game) the transaction seemed to go smoothly up until the point I got the confirmation email with the download link. When I clicked on the download link it took me to the purchase page to purchase the game, Um I already purchased the game so where can I download it? At the moment I am NOT a very happy camper, this was a free game we had a coupon code for it so why am I not able to download the game?

Sorry for the trouble you experienced. Yeah, there have been some issues with coupons and emails. Did you try logging into PCGS and clicking the account link near top-right? It should have your game listed and you just pick download method.

Thank you but yest I did that and It told me I have not purchased any games yet. I used a coupon for a free game I knew something was up when I got some error messages I got an email confirming the purchase but yet I can't seem to download the game. Your site said I haven't purchased it yet (as screen shot below shows). When I try to reuse the free game coupon it won't let me.
